And instead of working to make our lives easier, our leaders in Tallahassee are more concerned with culture wars and the needs of the greedy corporations buying them off.
We need more progressives in office fighting to expose corruption, raise wages, and give power back to working class people.
I'm an organizer. I've helped pass criminal justice reform. And I've worked to expand voting rights and hold our leaders accountable nationwide.
I'm ready to take on special interests and fight for hardworking families like yours on day one.
Florida deserves a future that actually feels worth fighting for. Together we can achieve it.
I don't take Corporate PAC or lobbyist money. I'm counting on grassroots supporters like you to power this campaign.
THE PLATFORM
Lower Costs
Rent is too high. Insurance is too high. Groceries, utilities, childcare, and healthcare keep going up while wages have not kept pace.
I’ll fight to lower everyday costs, raise wages, expand affordable housing, hold insurance companies accountable, and stop corporations from making life harder for working families.
Universal Healthcare
Healthcare is a human right. Nobody should have to skip medicine, stay in a bad job, beg an insurance company, or go broke just to get care.
I’ll fight for universal healthcare and use every tool we have now to expand Medicaid, open the state health plan, expand KidCare, lower premiums, fund mobile clinics, and address the Black maternal health crisis.
Housing and Insurance Relief
Rent is too high. Buying a home feels out of reach. Big investors are buying up houses, and property insurance is making it harder for people to stay in the homes they already have.
I’ll fight to build more affordable housing, protect renters and homeowners, limit corporate ownership of homes, protect housing trust funds, and hold insurance companies accountable.
Protect Water and Farmland
Our land and water are not for sale. We need clean water, protected springs, preserved farmland, safer streets, better transit, and growth that does not leave local people behind.
I’ll fight to protect Marion County’s Farmland Preservation Area, defend our aquifer and springs, stop reckless sprawl, support high-speed rail and better buses, and put a moratorium on AI data centers until Florida has real protections for water, workers, privacy, and local communities.
Take power back. Fight for working people.
Real change doesn’t happen on its own. It happens when neighbors step up and talk to neighbors.

Bipartisan Criminal Justice Reform
As a Legislative Aide, I worked directly with Democratic and Republican leadership, law enforcement, and community advocates to help pass HB 7051, Florida’s bipartisan police reform bill.
The bill passed the House and Senate with zero “no” votes before heading to the Governor’s desk.
I am proud to have directly worked on three major provisions that were originally filed as standalone bills under Rep. Dote Joseph: mandatory excessive force reporting, a duty to intervene, and a duty to render medical aid.
Being progressive doesn't mean being performative. It means knowing how to organize, negotiate, and deliver real change — even in a Republican supermajority.
That is the kind of leadership I will bring to Tallahassee.
